Thus while goal setting is the starting point, the pursuit or journey determines your moving towards it to reach and achieve. People fail due to improper planning or failing to pursue their plans with diligence and care. Thus, the whole exercise of getting rewards starts with self and has to be pursued by oneself, taking help of others where needed, halting to rest or repair and recharge when going gets tough and being tough enough to get going. The other factors are when the bosses are no good or are unsure of their goal. In such cases, one should be bold enough to change the bosses or even one's goal for one can't spend life sitting at the crossroads.
